Refund, Exchange & Lay-by Policy
Refunds
Refunds will only be given within 14 days of original purchase with the sales receipt provided and under the following circumstances only;
• The purchased goods are faulty*
• Incorrect information has been given
• Goods do not perform the intended purpose
Unless faulty the product must be in purchased condition with original packaging
Refunds can not be given on Computer Software
*refunds will not be given on faulty goods if
• fault was caused by something the customer failed to do;
• the problem could have been expected given the quality, age and price of the goods
• the fault was brought to the customers attention before the purchase
• a manufacturers instructions have not been followed
• the goods have been misused
Exchange
Exchanges will only be given within 14 days of original purchase under the following conditions
• The sales receipt must be provided
• Goods must be in purchased condition with original packaging
Goods may only be exchanged for product of equal or greater value or store credit
Lay-by
Lay-bys are subject to the following conditions
• 3 month time limit
• 20% deposit taken on commencement of lay-by*
*The 20% deposit will be retained if lay-by is cancelled by customer, whilst remainder refunded.
• Mall Music will only cancel lay-bys if Mall Music stops trading*, if the customer breaches the contract or if the goods are no longer available*
*In which case all money including deposit will be refunded
Customer Orders
Customer Orders are subject to the following conditions;
• 20% deposit must be taken*
*Deposit will only be refunded if product is unable to be supplied by wholesaler within a reasonable time.
